What this site is for

This site shows a selection of my photographs and films and explains how to get in touch. It is general information only. Nothing on it is a quote, an offer or professional advice. A commission is scoped and agreed in writing, and that agreement is what governs the work.

Accuracy

I take care to keep project details, dates, places and credits correct. Some of it comes from the clients and collaborators I worked with, and details can change after a project is published. If you see something wrong, email hello@authored.com.au and I will correct it.

Clients, brands and people

Client names, logos and brands belong to their owners. They appear here as a record of work done, not as an endorsement of me or of this site. The same goes for the people who appear in the photographs.

The photographs and films

The photographs and films on this site are my work and are protected by copyright. Seeing them here does not give you any right to use them. Copying, downloading, republishing or using them to train machine learning or generative AI systems needs my written permission. Licensing is available on request.

The Certificate of Authenticity

An authored. Certificate of Authenticity is a statement of how a piece of work was made. What it covers for a particular commission is set out in the certificate and in the agreement for that job. It is not a valuation, and it is not a guarantee about anything beyond what it states.

Liability

I cannot guarantee the site will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, and apart from rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, I am not liable for loss that comes from relying on the information here or from using the site.
